No. We provide educational route planning and group ride organisation only. This is not professional coaching, training services, or fitness assessment. Riders are responsible for their own fitness and safety.

No. Our rides and routes are designed for all ability levels. We provide difficulty ratings so you can select rides suited to your experience. Beginner rides are flat, social, and confidence-building.

Community rides operate on a donation basis. No payment is required to join, but voluntary donations help cover route maintenance, signage, and volunteer support. Structured programmes and route guides are priced as shown on our services page.

We strongly recommend a helmet, front and rear lights, and high-visibility clothing. These are not mandatory for community rides, but they significantly improve your safety. Always follow UK road rules and traffic signals.

Riders participate at their own risk. We strongly recommend personal accident insurance. Anklemove is not liable for injuries sustained during rides. Always assess your own fitness and choose appropriate routes for your ability.
